A HOLIDAY MESSAGE FROM BABC OC President
It’s a joy to celebrate this incredible milestone with all of you. As we reflect on an exceptional 2024, we also look forward with excitement to a bright and impactful 2025.
This year, we warmly welcomed Paul Rennie as the new Consul General and bid a fond farewell to Emily Cloke, whose dedication we deeply appreciated. Paul has already proven to be a wonderful collaborator, and we are excited to continue strengthening transatlantic ties.
In 2024, we hosted dynamic events like the First Thursday Networking series, Pub Quiz, Annual Golf Tournament, AGM, and Expat Panel. We also participated in the International Business Mixer, Orange County World Trade Week, and the Scottish Festival. A highlight was welcoming a trade delegation from Scotland’s Lochaber Chamber of Commerce, further enhancing UK-Orange County partnerships.
Today, we celebrate the recipients of the 2024 BABC OC Scholarships, honoring students who embody the spirit of transatlantic exchange, and recognize the Brit of the Year for their outstanding contributions to our mission.

As we mark 30 years of connection and collaboration, let’s look ahead to 2025 and the opportunities it will bring. Together, we continue to strengthen the bonds between Orange County and the UK.

Orange County Soccer Club Home Game Schedule
BABC OC Premier Corporate Members, Orange County Soccer Club is an American soccer team based in the Orange County, California city of Irvine. Founded in 2010 as the Los Angeles Blues, the team currently plays in the second tier USL Championship.
